Danielle and Adam Busby’s Home: See the ‘OutDaughtered’ House

Published

on

Out of a catalog! OutDaughtered stars Danielle and Adam Busby recently renovated their Houston, Texas, home and the couple can’t help but gush over their new digs. Recently, the mother to 5-year-old quintuples Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley and Parker and 9-year-old daughter, Blayke, took fans on a tour of their upgraded kitchen and pantry.

Fans got to see Danielle’s crisp-white cabinetry and rubbed wood accents as she shared a video to her Instagram Story. As her girls lined up to get a snack from their pantry, viewers could see their impressive stainless steel appliances in the background. It’s clear the parents customized their home to fit their family’s specific needs.

Although Danielle and Adam love their space after the renovations, they had some hiccups while their house was under construction. On August 9, Adam revealed he suffered a slight injury when their kitchen was in disarray.

“When you aren’t quite used to the new light fixtures that were installed while you were out of the house. Totally walked right into the biggest on that hangs over our table (because the table wasn’t put back under it) The corner hit me square in the forehead,” he wrote on Instagram with a photo of him bleeding. “After the pain subsided, I could laugh about it.”

The proud father appeared to be a good sport after his clumsy accident, but he wasn’t going to stand for any shade when a troll questioned his design judgment. “Nothing negative, asking a legitimate question. Why would you have a light fixture soo low like that?” the user commented on his post. “It goes over the table. They didn’t move the table back after installing it,” he quipped back.

The OutDaughtered family has been keeping their fans updated on their home improvement projects since they revealed they had to temporarily move out of their house in December 2018 to make a few repairs. During a June 2019 episode of their hit show, they shared how the “whole upstairs [seemed] to be covered with mold” after Ava got sick.

“We are still living this ‘mold house’ life and hoping our home can be complete soon,” the Busbys exclusively told In Touch in September 2019, adding they aren’t “sure yet what the future holds with [their] living situation.”

Thankfully, it looks like they have made a lot of progress since then. Scroll below to see Adam and Danielle’s stunning kitchen and pantry.

Not only will Batwoman season two introduce a new, well, Batwoman, the DC TV series is also welcoming a series of unseen villains for Ryan Wilder to contend with.

Confirmed for Batwoman ahead of its return in January is Jessica Jones alum Leah Gibson, who will play a henchwomen of newly-confirmed villain Safiyah Sohail.

According to Deadline, Leah – who played Inez in the second season of Marvel’s Jessica Jones – will play Tatiana (The Whisper), a skilled assassin who is “unflappable and cold as ice in the face of danger”.

Alongside newcomer Nathan Owens, who will take on the role of Ocean, Leah’s character will introduce an interesting dynamic. The Whisper is “still harbouring feelings for her powerful boss”.

Speaking of said “powerful boss”, Batwoman‘s newest adversary Safiyah Sohail will be portrayed by former EastEnders star Shivaani Ghai, who soap fans will remember as Ayesha Rana.

So far, Safiyah has had a large off-screen presence in the Arrowverse but has yet to be seen in Gotham City. Until now, of course.

Meanwhile, in other Batwoman news, series boss Caroline Drier recently reassured fans that the show will address Ruby Rose’s departure as Kate Kane.

“We have two major stories this season as we come into season two,” she explained at the DC FanDome event.

“The first one is: Where is Kate? What happened to Kate? Is she alive? Is she dead? Is she missing? Is she on the run? Is she held captive? Is she lost?”

Batwoman will return for season 2 on The CW in the US. E4 airs the series in the UK.

Little Mix have spoken about why aftercare for their contestants on The Search is so important to them.

The girl group were put together on The X Factor in 2011 and hinted they didn’t have a lot of support after they won the show.

Speaking to Digital Spy and others at a virtual press conference, the girls talked about the difference between being judged and doing the judging.

Leigh-Anne explained: “Being judged is definitely more stressful, but it’s more about having their lives in your hands.

“That’s a massive responsibility and you can’t really prepare yourself for that, it’s intense… Judging and saying no and having their dreams in your hands, snatching away their dreams at the last second.”

She added: “I feel like we really do give amazing advice and constructive criticism, and I feel they have such a good experience on the show that even if they don’t do through, it’s something they can take away with them.

“We didn’t have that really on the show that we came from… It was so important for us that we had that in place.

“We’ve all had ‘no’s in our lifetime and it really does affect you.

“What we want is to encourage them to come back and try again, it’s not over because you get one ‘no’. It’s really important we put that in place, definitely.”

Speaking about why the show was different from other reality TV shows, Jade added: “It’s fun, it’s authentic.

“We’ve been in this position ourselves so we can relate more, and that shows when you’re watching it. It’s just fresh and cool.

“It’s exciting and you really get an insight [into] the four of us and how we gel together as a group with our personalities. It’s really fun to watch, as well as seeing some incredible talent.”

Little Mix: The Search starts on BBC One at 7pm on Saturday, 26 September.

30 good Halloween movies and shows to watch on Netflix in 2020

The Halloween season is all about spooks and chills. If you are searching for a good fright, there is no streaming service with more Halloween movies and shows than Netflix.

Streaming services were created to supposedly facilitate watching TV and movies. Millions of TV and movie fans have cut ties with cable and opted to stream their entertainment. But with so many options these days, it’s difficult to know when and where to go to for the content we want.

This is particularly true during a holiday, and with Halloween right around the corner, horror fans and fans of Halloween movies and shows are likely scrambling to find good movies and TV shows to add to their Halloween binge-watches.

Many networks will be broadcasting classic movies, sure. Those Halloween movies and shows won’t air on our time, but on theirs. Netflix is the best place for a large variety of thrills. The streaming network has it all, from jump scares to truly keep-you-up-at-night features.

To help you find all the content you want this Halloween, we put together a list of the 30 best Halloween movies and shows to watch right now.

Some of the following Netflix movies and shows you may have already heard about due to how popular they became, including The Haunting of Hill House and The Babysitter movies.

Even if you’re always on top of everything Netflix has to offer, there may still be some Halloween movies and shows you have missed.

Read on and be sure to share with us if we missed any fun and spooky (or terrifying) Halloween movies and shows.

Halloween movies and shows: 30. In the Tall Grass

Netflix’s In the Tall Grass is not a movie that’s for everybody. If you feel you’re in for a wild ride that’ll take you on more twists and turns than expected, I suggest you add it to your list of Halloween movies to watch. Otherwise, I’d skip it if you’re searching for a more straight-forward feature.

In the Tall Grass is an adaptation from Stephen King and Joe Hill’s novel of the same name. The story follows a pair of siblings, Becky (Layla De Oliveira) and Cal (Avery Whitted), who stop for a quick break to stretch their legs after a long drive.

They pull up next to a large grass field and hear the cries of a young boy asking for help. Not long after Becky and Cal enter the tall grass, they learn the boy is not alone and that they may never be able to escape.

Halloween movies and shows: 29. Fractured

If hospitals already freak you out, Fractured on Netflix won’t exactly help the paranoia. The mystery-drama follows a concept you may have already read about or seen before, but that doesn’t make the mystery any less entertaining or easier to solve!

For a movie that’ll keep you guessing until the final moments, watch Fractured. The movie stars Sam Worthington as Ray, a man who drives his family to the hospital after his young daughter suffers an accident.

When his daughter goes in to be checked out along with Ray’s wife, Joanne (Lily Rabe), they never return. Ray demands answers when the hospital staff claims that he entered the facility alone. Is Ray insane or is the sketchy hospital up to something?
