Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Monday, September 21 – Sami & Allie’s Baby War – Sarah Warns Xander – Marlena’s Jan Alarm Bells

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, September 21, tease that there’ll be plenty of tension in Salem. Before we get to all the drama, we should mention that DOOL will be preempted on Thursday and Friday. However, Monday’s episode will pick up right where things left off – and that brings us to Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) recent return.

Allie just found Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) trying to book plane tickets and take the baby back to Rome, but Allie made it clear that wasn’t happening. Of course, Allie will have even more to object to on Monday. Days spoilers say Allie will explode over the fact that Sami has the baby at all!

Allie’s letter spelled out that she wanted Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) to raise her child. Sami will likely rant about Nicole being an unfit mother, but Allie won’t agree and won’t think it was Sami’s place to decide anyway. Allie will feel like Sami just found a way to take control like she always does.

While Allie and Sami go to war, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will find Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) comforting Belle Black (Martha Madison). The sight of Belle in Philip’s arms will naturally spark suspicions. Belle and Philip have a history, so Shawn will wonder what exactly is going on here.

However, Shawn’s concerns may shift to Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) when Belle explains Jan Spears’ (Heather Lindell) latest manipulation. Jan’s trying to bond with Claire over their mental illness struggles – and it seems to be working.

Shawn will undoubtedly agree that Belle and Claire need to be protected, but he’ll obviously want to do the protecting instead of Philip!

Over with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), she’ll get updates on Claire’s conversation with Jan. Days of Our Lives spoilers say alarm bells will immediately start going off. Marlena will have some words of caution for Claire, who may feel like her grandma’s being unfair.

From Claire’s perspective, it’ll seem like Marlena was willing to give Claire and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) another chance – but not Jan. Marlena may argue that second chances have to be earned.

It doesn’t seem like Jan’s put in the work to get better – and Marlena’s granddaughter is the priority anyway. Marlena won’t want Claire facing any setbacks due to Jan’s influence.

Next, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will turn on the charm and hope he can get Jan on his side. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander’s plan will involve targeting Philip, but has Xander met his match when it comes to manipulating?

Jan just might use Xander right back, so Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfey) will worry when she realizes Xander’s too close to the craziest chick in town.

DOOL fans can expect Xander to face a warning from Sarah, but something tells us Xander’s not going to listen! As other news emerges, we’ll keep you posted.

Days spoilers say Monday’s episode will bring some great action, so stay tuned. CDL’s where you want to be for thrilling Days of Our Lives spoilers, updates and news, so be sure to stop by again soon.

Zendaya + A24 + Ronnie Spector = A Movie Custom-Made for Me

Fresh off her well-deserved Emmy win for EuphoriaZendaya has come aboard a new film that feels so custom-designed for me that I’m considering renting twelve theaters for myself just so I can watch it over and over. It’s no secret that I’m a lil’ music-head, especially the classic ’60s girl groups like The Ronettes, and its founding member Ronnie Spector. And now, per Deadline, we’ve learned that Zendaya will in fact play Spector in an upcoming biopic for prestige studio extraordinaire A24, and the sheer level of talents, personal interests, and musical power fusing together is simply overwhelming me at this present moment!

Image via HBO

If you’re unfamiliar by name with Spector or The Ronettes, you at the very least know “Be My Baby,” an absolute pop music classic with one of the best drum beats of all time. Be My Baby is also the title of Spector’s autobiography which will serve as the foundational text for the film — and if I were a betting man, I’d say it’ll be the film title, too. Jackie Sibblies Drury, the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright of Fairview, is in early talks to adapt the book for A24 and New Regency (the two studios also collaborated on Zendaya’s upcoming Malcolm & Marie). Zendaya and Spector will also produce alongside Marc Platt (La La Land) and Jonathan Greenfield.

Spector’s life story, which includes a vicious relationship with vicious record producer Phil Spector (you know, the murderer) and eventual re-triumph, is fascinating and rife for drama. And it seems like Spector had a personal say in Zendaya playing her — especially since (eyeball emoji) Spector recently posted a picture with the two of them after Zendaya’s Emmy win. I simply cannot wait to see what this team does with this story, and my only follow-up question (besides what’s the title, release date, other cast members, director, and any other plot details) is: Will Zendaya sing these tunes herself or lip-sync?

For more on what Zendaya is up to, here’s the dang Dune trailer.

General Hospital Spoilers: Brando Hires Cameron at the Garage – New Job Brings Cyrus Trouble & Dev Drama?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) may unknowingly escalate the conflict between Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and “Dev Corbin” aka Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab). GH fans know Dev’s been playing it cool when it comes to his feelings for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

Dev was actually a good friend to Cam since he didn’t try to steer him in the direction of Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) for selfish reasons. Instead, Dev simply advised Cameron to pick a girl and go for it.

He was nice about it in his pep talk, but Cam acted like Dev didn’t know enough to give advice and referred to him as asexual.

That comment agitated Dev, who eventually paid Brando a visit to open up about crushing on Joss and how he blew it when she made her move. General Hospital is strengthening Brando and Dev’s bond as father and son, but Brando may end up causing more tension between Dev and Cameron.

In a recent episode, Cameron admitted to Joss that he needed to find a job. Since purse strings are so tight at home, Cam wants to pick up some hours and contribute.

However, Cam’s always busy with school and after-school activities. When Josslyn questioned what kind of job Cameron might get, he insisted he’d need a flexible one.

That seemingly rules out a lot of traditional options in town, but flexibility would definitely be part of the gig at Brando’s garage. Brando is always coming and going as he pleases during the day anyway!

In fact, Brando’s sudden disappearances from the garage are exactly why he could use some help.

Cam could watch the shop whenever Brando has to step out and learn some mechanic skills in the process. It’d be the perfect fit for Cameron since it’d provide that flexibility we mentioned AND could rev up his feud with Dev.

It looks like things will settle down between Cam and Dev in time for the dance, but more issues could be on the horizon. Dev likes Joss, who likes Cam, who likes Trina, who likes Cam. With a teen love quad like that, there are going to be problems!

It’s easy to imagine Dev walking in the garage while Brando’s showing Cam how to repair a bike or something along those lines. Dev might feel like Cam stole his girl and now wants his fake dad, too! It could spark a blowup and leave Brando feeling guilty for making a bigger mess.

Naturally, there’s also the potential for peril since Brando’s garage has become a bit of a danger zone. Cameron could land in some trouble if Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) sends his goons around again, especially if he’s holding down the fort by himself.

Regardless, GH could open up some great story possibilities by putting Cam to work at Brando’s garage. Since Cameron’s indeed hoping to score a job, do you think Brando will hire him? We’ll provide updates as other news becomes available.

General Hospital spoilers say some curveballs are coming up on the ABC soap, so stay tuned. CDL’s the place to be for hot General Hospital spoilers, news and updates, so stop by regularly.
