Blac Chyna’s ‘Biggest Flex’ Is Providing for Her Kids Without Child Support From Rob Kardashian and Tyga

Published

on

Bag secured! Blac Chyna has a fancy house, luxurious cars and a growing business empire, but the former video vixen said her “biggest flex” is providing for her two kids without financial help from exes Rob Kardashian and Tyga

The star, 32, was questioned about her greatest accomplishment during an interview on SiriusXMs Hip Hop Nation. “Just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support,” she replied. Chyna shares daughter, Dream, 3, with Rob and son, King Cairo, 7, with the “Taste” rapper.

In Touch previously confirmed the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, 33, no longer had to pay Chyna child support in March 2019. According to documents, the exes agreed to the modification on February 6, but a judge officially signed off on the paperwork on March 1, stating they both wouldn’t have to pay each other.

“The parties shall equally share the costs of the minor child’s medical insurance premiums, any uninsured emergency or routine medical care, and any mutually agreed upon pre-school or private school,” read the court docs obtained by In Touch at the time. The TV personality and Lashed founder were also able to “claim Dream as a dependent on their taxes.”

That ruling is still in play today, an insider told E! News on Wednesday, September 16, revealing nothing has changed with their agreement. “Chyna has not asked for support since that time,” the source says about their monetary situation.

In December, Chyna discussed how pleased she was to be cordial with not one, but both of her former flames. “Coparenting is actually really good. I’m definitely grateful for my baby fathers and what not,” she told Us Weekly. “They do give me that break so I can rejuvenate myself as a woman and just get back focus. Or, if I have to do something, it just gives me that leeway. So, that’s, I think, key.”

Chyna previously dated the “Bored in the House” lyricist, 30, from 2011 to 2014. She later got engaged to Rob, but they ultimately called it quits in December 2016.

After spending quite a bit of time with NBA player Karl-Anthony Towns over the past year, it appears Kylie Jenner‘s former BFF has made her move on the basketball star!

As you may recall, the now-23-year-old Woods previously blasted rumors about her and the basketball star back in August of 2019, describing him as being “like a brother to me” at the time. But a LOT has changed in 12 months, because as you can see (inset, above), Towns’ hand position on Woods’ backside in that brand new Instagram Stories pic snapped on Wednesday would indicate a little more than just some, ummm, brotherly love!

Unless you’re on Pornhub! Ha!

She popped up in another one of his IG Stories from yesterday, too, as you can see (below):

“Karl Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods are cuffed ??!?!?”

“Jordyn Woods boyfriend got her 2 birkins, a chanel bag and a Michael Jordan red bulls jersey signed by MJ himself for her Jordan year. Need to find myself a rich man before March”

“I just know that Jordyn Woods still being able to live a luxury lifestyle is eating Kris Jenner’s children up”

“was lead on by devin booker only to end up dating his best friend. i strive to be as powerful as jordyn woods”

“Something about Jordyn Woods getting whatever she wants just gives me life lmao turn that s**t up… the girlies tried to end you and now look”

“Jordyn Woods been flourishing ever since she disconnected from the Kardashians”

Wow! And that’s just a small sample! Seems like public opinion has finally shifted to Jordyn’s corner?

The Wheel of Time actress Sophie Okonedo lands lead role in Britannia

Published

Academy Award-nominated actress Sophie Okonedo has landed a lead role in season 3 of Britannia, a historical drama about the Roman invasion of Britian.

Per SKY, Academy Award-nominated actress Sophie Okonedo  (Ratched, Death on the Nile) has landed a key role in season 3 of Britannia, SKY’s historical drama about Rome’s invasion of Britain. Starring The Walking Dead’s David Morrissey as General Aulus, Okonedo will play the general’s Roman wife, Hemple, newly arrived in Britannia “to find out why her husband has failed with Lokka’s mission to capture the chosen one, Cait (Eleanor Worthington Cox). If he isn’t up to the job, she certainly is.”

Judging by the image that came with this release, Hemple is already having a good time:

Okonedo, who has also been recently cast as Siuan Sanche on Amazon’s The Wheel of Time adaptation, sounds psyched to be a part of the series. “I’m so glad to be plunged into the weird and wonderful world of Britannia. I was already a fan of the show and its writers Jez and Tom Butterworth, so I jumped for joy when they offered me the wonderful character of Hemple. Without giving too much away I’ll just say this woman has a huge appetite…”

That appetite might include a conflict with her husband’s main ally on the island, the beautiful Celtic queen Amena, played by Annabel Scholey.

“Sophie is one of the UK’s greatest actors and we all feel very privileged to have her play our new and particularly malevolent force for series three,” said co-showrunner James Richardson. “She is an actor with an enormous range and manages to make you laugh whilst being completely terrifying. A perfect fit for Britannia! We feel very fortunate to be able to continue making such an ambitious show about a time when everything changes.”

Created by brothers Jez and Tom Butterworth, along with Richardson, Britannia has been making a name for itself on Sky and NOW TV in the UK, where you can currently watch seasons 1 and 2. Stateside, you can see it on Epic or Amazon.

Season 3 doesn’t have a release date, although it’s expected sometime in 2021.

Pretty Little Liars: HBO Max Orders ‘Horror-Tinged’ Reboot — Watch Teaser

Published

By

The recently announced Pretty Little Liars reboot is bypassing Freeform and going straight (to series) at HBO Max.

The upstart streamer has officially given a green light to the project, titled Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, via a 10-episode order. The pickup comes three years after PLL wrapped its seven-season run on Freeform.

As previously reported, Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is shepherding the project, which is being billed as an alternate, “horror-tinged, coming-of-rage‘ version of PLL “set miles away from Rosewood” in a brand new town, with a new crop of characters.

“Twenty years ago, a series of tragic events almost ripped the blue-collar town of Millwood apart,” reads the official show description. “Now, in the present day, a group of disparate teen girls — a brand-new set of Little Liars — find themselves tormented by an unknown Assailant and made to pay for the secret sin their parents committed two decades ago. as well as their own.”

Aguirre-Sacasa’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina collaborator Lindsay Calhoon Bring will serve as writer and co-EP on PLL: Original Sin. In a statement, the duo said, “We’re such huge fans of what I. Marlene King and her iconic cast created, we knew that we had to treat the original series as canon and do something different. So we’re leaning into the suspense and horror in this reboot, which hopefully will honor what the fans loved about the hit series, while weaving in new, unexpected elements.”

The original PLL, created by Marlene King, starred Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, Troian Bellisario and Sasha Pieterse as a group of Pennsylvania teenagers being hunted — largely via text message — by a mysterious figure known simply as “A.” (And eventually as “AD” in the show’s later seasons.) The series based on young-adult books written by Sara Shepard.

In addition to airing for seven successful seasons on ABC Family/Freeform (2010–2017), Pretty Little Liars also birthed two short-lived spinoffs — Ravenswood, which aired from 2013 to 2014, and Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, which aired from March to May of 2019.
