Disenchantment season 3 release date, cast, synopsis, trailer and more

Will there be a Disenchantment season 3?

After creating such game-changers as The Simpsons and Futurama, many didn’t think that Matt Groening had any more epic animated endeavors up his sleeve. It turns out he had something extraordinary saved up for Netflix called Disenchantment, which has been very well-received, leaving subscribers everywhere understandably excited for season 3 of the Netflix original series.

After the first iteration dropped its first well-written and hilarious ten episodes, fans quickly were eager to see what happened after the thrilling cliffhanger. The very next year, subscribers were not disappointed by the following ten installments leaving the anticipation for Disenchantment season 3 at an all-time high.

Back in October 2018, Variety announced that the series had been renewed for another 20 episodes. Then the Netflix series announced via the show’s Twitter account that Disenchantment season 3 is officially on its way, and it will be arriving in 2020.

Princess Bean, Luci, and Elfo are back for more incredibly fun and humorous Disenchantment season 3. The only question on subscriber’s minds is when exactly Netflix will premiere the next run?

Disenchantment season 3 release date

All we know so far is that Disenchantment season 3 will be on Netflix for subscribers to enjoy at some point in 2020. There are only a few months left in the year, so it’s safe to assume that it will arrive sometime in November or December.

The first season arrived in August of 2017 with the follow-up making its way to the streaming service in September 2018. Disenchantment season 3 will be the longest wait fans have had to endure, but it will most assuredly be worth it when it’s all said and done.

I think fans everywhere would be thankful for a release date in that time frame, and it would be a welcomed gift in time for the holidays after a less than an ideal year. Everyone could probably use a good laugh and enjoy a cold one watching Bean get into all kinds of wild medieval adventures while they gear up for the new year.

Whether its a Thanksgiving wonder or a Christmas miracle, fans should expect Disenchantment season 3 on Netflix sooner rather than later.

Disenchantment season 3 cast

Disenchantment season 3 will most certainly have all of its significant players return for the exciting next chapter. That means Abbi Jacobson’s brilliant and hilarious voice portrayal of Princess Bean will be back in action for more drunken shenanigans and spellbinding adventures.

It would also be an epic tragedy if Eric Andre didn’t return as Luci and Nat Faxon did not come back as Elfo. Matt Groening commented on how the three characters are so intricate to what makes the Netflix original animated series so unique to Showbiz Junkies.

“[Co-developer] Josh [Weinstein] and I sat down and we laid out the world. We worked on this for a very long time and it became quite clear that Bean was the center of the show, and that Elfo and Lucy, her personal demon, basically completed her. She’s the most interesting character that we came up with for a long time because she had so many flaws and she’s still lovable.”

John DiMaggio as King Zøg, Sharon Horgan as Queen Dagmar, and Tress MacNeille as both Queen Oona and Prince Derek would have to return, or subscribers would most likely boycott Disenchantment season 3.

It will also be interesting to see what new voices arrive along the way when Disenchantment season 3 makes its way to Netflix at some point in the future.

Disenchantment season 3 synopsis

Not a whole lot about the synopsis of Disenchantment season 3 is known at the current moment. But savvy fans have a pretty good idea of what’s to come and, at the very least, know full well some of the questions the next chapter of Netflix’s comical medieval animated series needs to answer.

Many fans are still wondering what exactly Bean’s destiny entails, aside from the fact that ist been said that it is part of a dark battle that has been going on for hundreds of centuries. Then there is a mystery involving Elfo’s origin and who his mother could be, which went completely unanswered in season 2.

On the other side, there are the secret society’s intentions regarding the fun-loving princess that made their presence known last season. Queen Dagmar and her Elfo-looking mole man minions are up to something, and subscribers are most assuredly eager to find out what it could be.

Whatever is set to go down in Disenchantment season 3, fans everywhere will not want to miss a second of the laugh riot affair when it inevitably makes its way to Netflix.

Disenchantment season 3 trailer

Besides the announcement preview, there is no official trailer for Disenchantment season 3. But since they have claimed it will come out in 2020, it’s safe to assume that Netflix will drop some sort of teaser in the near future. We’ll share any promos as soon as they become available.

We’ll let you know more about Disenchantment season 3 when we find out! Stay tuned for more information about the new season of the hit Netflix original series.

Why an ‘active’ approach to risk modelling is key to navigating markets today

Published

Whether investors are aiming for a cautious approach or a riskier investment profile with the potential for higher returns, Architas’ Blended Fund range is designed to match a range of investor risk appetites. And like many asset managers, Architas predominantly uses two approaches to define asset allocation within the five risk bands used in the Blended Range – strategic and tactical.

Whilst risk model provider EValue’s quantitative approach to asset allocation takes into account the long-term performance of different asset classes and the likely future performance given current valuations, along with long-term measures of volatility and correlations with other asset classes. Yet as with most systems of its kinds, EValue focuses on the long term; it is unable to analyse short-term market movements and fluctuations. So whilst it would have seen that in Q1 2020 markets fell by a record percentage before rebounding, it will not be able to factor in the cost of the coronavirus and lockdown and its impact on markets. Similarly, it is not able to consider ongoing Brexit woes, geo-political trade wars or the outcome of the US election in 2020.
