Curtis Pritchard forced to listen to brother AJ having sex after moving in with him for lockdown

Curtis Pritchard says the walls are too thin at his family’s house, now he is bunking up with ex-Strictly star brother AJ and his girlfriend Abbie Quinnen.

The former Greatest Dancer host has been subjected to things going bump in the night after becoming a third wheel in their romance.

‘Our bedrooms are right next to each other in our family home where we are isolating in Cheshire. I don’t think you need to say any more,’ the 24-year-old told Guilty Pleasures in a double interview with his big brother.

‘Put it this way, I am scarred for life. I don’t know whether to shake his hand or say I am disgusted in you AJ,’ he quipped.

It’s not all cringe though. The former Love Island hunk added: ‘It’s fantastic being a third wheel. AJ brought a TV because Abbie wanted one for the bedroom but it didn’t fit on the wall, so they had to give it to me.

‘I have it in my bedroom now. Being the third wheel ain’t too bad.

‘Abbie cooks for me. I have free accommodation. Life is really good, I can’t complain. I’m third-wheeling… living the high life.’

‘I can assure I won’t be living with AJ when he is married but if it’s free accommodation I will be there,’ he added.

AJ, 25, says romance keeps him occupied after he quit Strictly last year following a four-year stint in the ballroom.

‘It’s really good for me being with Abbie, both our families get on really well,’ he added.

‘In the future, a family would be a massive priority for us but no time soon. I am going to live my life while I am young,’ he said. The boys are now planning a 40-show UK tour together and are launching a new podcast, called AJ v Curtis.

‘We will be doing embarrassing stories. We have been together since birth so we know everything about each other,’ they said.

Both have made headlines in the past about being open-minded when it comes to their sexuality and Curtis — who dated Maura Higgins on Love Island — accepts it comes with the territory.

‘Whenever you open yourself up to the public eye people get intrigued. If you say something, then it gets picked up and expanded bigger and bigger.

‘The public want to know everything about you — whether it is food, love, relationships or how you clean your clothes.’

AJ’s Strictly warning

AJ Pritchard reckons the ‘Strictly Curse’ will ratchet up a level this year, after celebs and dance pros were made to live together amid the pandemic.

The ballroom champ, who once sparked his own ‘are they or aren’t they?’ moment with singer Mollie King on the BBC1 show, said: ‘I think it is going to be a lot different because they are all isolating together aren’t they.’

His warning came as Mollie, 33, caught some fresh air with cricketer beau Stuart Broad at the weekend.

Explaining why he quit the hit show, AJ said: ‘I did four years on Strictly. I ended on a real high and wouldn’t change that. Some people say, “Are you scared you won’t get work?” No, I am happy being on the other side of TV. Working with Curtis, it feels like it is coming together at the right time.’

And he said the brothers gave as good as they got in school if teased on the rugby pitch about their love of dance.

‘Our classmates knew how hard we trained. We’d travel the world and bring back titles. If someone had something to say, we would pay the favour back on the rugby pitch,’ he added.

Adele will make her first public appearance in months when she hosts Saturday Night Live on US TV this weekend.

Making the announcement on Instagram last night, the singer, 32, wrote: ‘Bloody hell I’m so excited about this!’

Nicole’s biggest fear

Nicole Kidman lives in dread of dying suddenly.

The Big Little Lies star, 53, saw her father and ex-brother-in-law both die unexpectedly. ‘I’ve been given death as a very sudden thing…,’ she said.

‘It has happened repeatedly. I get scared saying it, because I get terrified it’s going to happen again. I have a lot of fear of that.’

Rebel Wilson’s new squeeze Jacob Busch says he’s the ‘lucky’ one in their relationship.

The slimmed down Pitch Perfect star, 40, showed off pics of them cuddling at LA’s Beverly Hills Hotel over the weekend.

Businessman Busch, 29, commented on the actress’s PDA snaps: ‘I’m a lucky guy.’

Radhika Apte reveals real reason why she got married

Radhika Apte needs no introduction to Kollywood fans after her appearance as Superstar Rajinikanth’s wife in ‘Kabali’ directed by Pa Ranjith.  The intense actress impressed with her performance of a meek girl to a mother of a grown-up and especially her reunion scene with Rajini took the audience on an emotional ride.

Radhika is happily married to her British boyfriend Benedict Taylor who is a singer and she shuttles between Mumbai and London to balance her personal and professional life.

Radhika Apte in her most recent interaction with Vikranth Massey on social media from London has admitted that she does not believe in the institution of marriage.  When asked why she got married the talented performer replied that it is easier for married people to get a British visa and that’s why she and her man opted for it in 2012.

Radhika is currently chilling with Taylor in their London home during the lockdown and will soon start filming her next English film ‘Noor Inayat Khan’ in which she plays a spy based on a true story.

Why an ‘active’ approach to risk modelling is key to navigating markets today

Whether investors are aiming for a cautious approach or a riskier investment profile with the potential for higher returns, Architas’ Blended Fund range is designed to match a range of investor risk appetites. And like many asset managers, Architas predominantly uses two approaches to define asset allocation within the five risk bands used in the Blended Range – strategic and tactical.

Whilst risk model provider EValue’s quantitative approach to asset allocation takes into account the long-term performance of different asset classes and the likely future performance given current valuations, along with long-term measures of volatility and correlations with other asset classes. Yet as with most systems of its kinds, EValue focuses on the long term; it is unable to analyse short-term market movements and fluctuations. So whilst it would have seen that in Q1 2020 markets fell by a record percentage before rebounding, it will not be able to factor in the cost of the coronavirus and lockdown and its impact on markets. Similarly, it is not able to consider ongoing Brexit woes, geo-political trade wars or the outcome of the US election in 2020.
