Last Man Standing season 9: Tim Allen, Molly McCook on show ending

Published

on

Last Man StandingJust a matter of days ago, we learned officially that Last Man Standing is coming to a close at the end of season 9. What’s our feeling now? Bittersweet. It’s always sad to see a show go off into the sunset, but the silver lining is this: It’s not a sudden cancellation. There’s going to be a chance for the cast and crew to have a fitting end after so many years and one previous cancellation. It’s been one of the weirdest runs that any show has ever had, and there something nice about them getting to have their own farewell.

Recently, we posted a separate statement from star/executive producer Tim Allen on the show ending, and we’ve got something further now. Here’s what he had to say on Twitter about the outpouring of love after the news first broke:

So hard to express how cool it’s been to be a part of this near decade long creation. Our final year…d–n. You are going to love the what we are planning! Shooting as I type.

There is no doubt that Allen has had a fairly fantastic career in entertainment. It’s hard enough to have one long-running sitcom; it’s something altogether to have two. Home Improvement still has a huge following, and we’re currently seeing Last Man Standing have one, as well.

To go along with Tim’s message, Molly McCook (Mandy) also posted the following:

I love you all a lot. Grateful to have the time to finish this up the way we all deserve. Can’t wait for you all to see this season.

While McCook hasn’t had the same lengthy run as other people on the series, you can see through this just how much the experience means to her.

Remember that Last Man Standing is probably going to premiere season 9 at some point in the new year. We expect a good many episodes, but a specific count is currently unclear — mostly because almost everything is within this current climate.

How are you feeling about Last Man Standing ending with season 9?

Be sure to share right now in the comments! Meanwhile, remember to keep coming back for some other news. (Photo: Fox.)

Has Kendall Jenner forgotten how to wear a bra? The model is adamant that she will flash the red carpet this year

Oops, she did it again!

Kendall Jenner, the “free the nipples” advocate who has openly declared she’s “cool with her breasts,” continues to grace the red carpet without a bra. Most recently spotted in Cannes, parading the red carpet in sheer dresses, revealing her supermodel assets.

To explain to her fans about her fascination of baring it all, she shared a post on her website and app last year stating that shes’ “all about freeing the nipple.”

“I just think it’s cool to show off what’s under your shirt — whether that’s a cute bralette or just skin,” she wrote.

“I really don’t see what the big deal is with going braless,” Jenner wrote on her website and an app. “I think it’s cool and I really just don’t care! It’s sexy, it’s comfortable and I’m cool with my breasts. That’s it!”

Abiding by her motto, the highest paid supermodel toured the French Riviera in all skin.

At the Cannes Film Festival premiere of ‘Girls Of The Sun’ on Saturday, Jenner hit the carpet in a sheer white tulled Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown that was so transparent that her nipples were clearly visible.

She later took to social media, wearing a sparkling see-through mini dress and joked that she accidentally revealed her nipples. She captioned her picture “oops.”

Kendall Jenner has bared her nipples in a number of red carpet events even prior to Cannes.  Earlier this month, at a Tiffany & Co. party, the 22-year-old went braless in a white beaded Elie Saab mini dress and diamonds.

And mind you, the red carpet isn’t the only venue she goes braless. There have been her street fashion moments where she’s skipped hinging the bra. It has become a part of her street style aesthetics. Remember the time she wore a see-through ruffle-embellished Bec & Bridge top that clearly revealed her nipples? Here’s how she did it.

But then again, ever since Kendall ventured into her modeling career, she’s been very comfortable revealing her nipples. The supermodel got her first taste of the braless life on the runway when she walked at the Marc Jacobs show in 2014 in a nipple-baring bodysuit.

Ever since then, it’s been a good life.

Adipurush: Ajay Devgan Turned Down Raavan’s Role, Saif Ali Khan Jumped At It, Says, ‘I Find Negative Roles Fun’ – EXCLUSIVE

Published

Do we sense another star-director friendship coming to an end? We’re talking about Ajay Devgan and director Om Raut who delivered Tanhaji, the only superhit of 2020. It was only expected that Devgan would feature as the lead in Raut’s follow-up project. But Raut’s next project Adipurush features Prabhas in the lead. Instead of the male lead, it seems Raut offered the antagonist’s role in Adipurush to Devgan. The offer was politely declined by Devgan.

According to sources, Devgan has taken a conscious decision to stay away from negative roles. The antagonist’s role in Adipurush is now being essayed by Saif Ali Khan who played the villain in Om Raut’s Tanhaji as well. Saif says he enjoys playing the antagonist’s role. “It’s always interesting to dig into the dark side of your personality. I find negative roles fun to do.”

Apparently Devgan disagrees. He refused to play Raavan and was more keen to play Rama in Om Raut’s adaptation of the Ramayan in Adiprush.

Interestingly, Devgan was offered Rama’s role in Raj Kumar Santoshi’s proposed adaptation of the Ramayan in 2007.

Like Santoshi’s numerous proposed project his Ramayan too never took off. Ajay Devgan was keen to play Rama since the aborted Santoshi project. Alas, Om Raut was committed to Prabhas to play Rama.
