Where Are Joe Biden’s Houses? He’s a Loyal Delaware Resident

Joe and his wife, Jill Biden, purchased the property — which is located in a suburb outside of Wilmington — in 1996 for an estimated $350,000. They built a 6,500 square foot residence, which sits on four acres of land, and it also features lakefront views.

Another appeal of the home is that it is hundreds of feet from the main road, making it ideal for privacy. According to Zillow, the home and property have an estimated value of just under $3 million. Further details about the home are unknown.

Prince Harry speaks with Ivanka, avoids Trump over his ‘nasty’ remark about Meghan Markle

Duke of Sussex Prince Harry was seen meeting the First Daughter Ivanka Trump inside Buckingham Palace during Donald Trump’s state visit to the UK on Monday.

Harry had made a very brief appearance at the back of the gallery room where Trump was taking a tour of the Royal Collection. Harry then quickly ducked out of the event without joining the group, according to reports.

He reportedly maintained a safe distance from everyone including Donald Trump given the president’s recent remarks about Harry’s wife Meghan Markle.

Harry was, however, seen making conversation with Ivanka Trump as the Queen gave her visitors a tour of the items from US which were on display at the Buckingham Palace.

Over the weekend, Donald Trump had said that he did not realize that Meghan Markle was “nasty” after learning that she had openly criticized him ahead of his 2016 election. When told of the comments made by the Duchess of Sussex, Trump said that he was unaware of the comments that Meghan had made. “I didn’t know that. What can I say? I didn’t know that she was nasty.” he shared.

However, he insisted that Meghan would make “a very good” American princess. “It is nice, and I am sure she will do excellently. She will be very good. I hope she does (succeed),” he said of her joining the royal family, as reported by The Sun.

The Duchess of Sussex did not join the president during his visit as she was on maternity leave with her newborn baby Archie Harrison.

Ivanka Trump, who is POTUS’ eldest daughter, had arrived in the UK yesterday and had also managed to make a dash to the Victoria and Albert Museum in Kensington.

Ahead of Trump’s arrival, Ivanka was seen peeping through the window and watching the welcome ceremony at the Buckingham Palace. She was seen sporting an all-white outfit which was designed by Italian-born London-based designer Alessandra Rich.

She also posted a message on social media sharing her excitement for the visit. “Today, Her Majesty The Queen will welcome @POTUS and @FLOTUS for a State Visit to the United Kingdom. I am looking forward to joining the US delegation for this commemorative visit,” she wrote. “It was an incredible honor to meet Her Majesty The Queen, the longest ruling Monarch in British history. Thank you for a warm welcome to the United Kingdom,” she added.

‘Silver & Black’: It’s time Marvel and Sony revisit the film and get Gina Prince-Bythewood to direct it

Plans of the ‘Silver & Black’ movie featuring Marvel antiheroes Silver Sable and Black Cat have been brewing for over a decade. But now might actually be the time for Marvel Studios to revisit the project despite its cancelation in 2018 and it’s all because of director Gina Prince-Bythewood.

If it had gone according to play, the movie would have focused on a team-up between Silver Sable, a mercenary from the nation of Symkaria and Black Cat, cat burglar extraordinaire. They’re both anti-heroes closely associated with Spider-Man and ‘Silver & Black’ was one of the most exciting Spider-Man spinoffs in the works. Prince-Bythewood, the director of Netflix’s massive hit ‘The Old Guard’, was originally attached to the project, however, due to conflicts with Sony over the script, ‘Silver & Black’ was stuck in limbo for a very long time. Eventually, Sony decided to rework the project into separate films and Prince-Bythewood stepped away from the whole thing.

“I wanted to go edgier than some of the Marvel films,” the director said in a recent interview with IndieWire. “It was a question of how far could I push it in that Marvel universe. Last we heard about the project, it was reportedly being spun into a Disney+ series. And that would have been the end of the movie idea.

Except now that we’ve seen the director’s work on ‘The Old Guard’, we think Marvel and Sony need to revisit this film and put Prince-Bythewood back in the director’s chair. The Netflix movie has become extremely popular since its release and has been lauded both for its high-octane action and its endearing characters.

Clearly, Prince-Bythewood’s credentials as a director of superhero films have been proven beyond question and we’re pretty certain ‘The Old Guard’ will go on to become a franchise on its own. A director like that is exactly the kind of talent the Marvel Cinematic Universe needs and Prince-Bythewood has expressed a desire to revisit the project.

Back in April when the announcement was made that ‘Silver & Black’ would be turned into a Disney+ series, this is what the director had to say:

“I really love that project, and I do hope it can still happen in some way,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “It keeps going through different thoughts. First, it was going to be the two of them, and then the decision was made to separate the two. Now, there’s a thought of ‘Hey, maybe we put it on Disney+ as a limited series,’ but I loved it more as a film with the two of them. So, my hope is that one day it can still happen.”

Well, that is our hope too and we really hope Prince-Bythewood’s vision of ‘Silver & Black’ does see the light of day. Preferably with her directing it.

‘The Old Guard’ is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
